For the 2012 OAH/NCPH Annual Meeting, blocks of rooms are available at two downtown hotels—the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Both hotels are connected to the Frontier Airlines Center (400 West Wisconsin Avenue), where the exhibit hall and the most convention sessions are scheduled. Meals and receptions will be held in the Hilton.
Staying at the conference hotels is convenient and provides a great opportunity for networking. Both hotels are located in the center of downtown with easy access to entertainment, fine dining, and art and history museums.
The Hilton Milwaukee is now completely sold out. OAH/NCPH rooms are still available at the Hyatt Regency through March 27. Reservations can be made online through the link provided below or by calling the hotel directly. If calling, be sure to mention code “OAH” when making reservations.

The Hilton Milwaukee City Center hotel is a classic downtown Milwaukee hotel known for its Old World charm combined with modern amenities.
Guest rooms are available at the Hilton at a special OAH/NCPH Annual Meeting rate of $169 per night for both single and double occupancy. Roommate Requests and Matching

The OAH offers a matching service to assist attendees who are seeking roommates for the convention hotel. Attendees will be responsible for contacting the possible roommate and making arrangements with the hotels. Only those attendees interested in being contacted by potential convention roommates should complete the form. Applicants must register for the meeting before requests will be posted. The OAH reserves the right to refuse post requests that are not of a serious nature.
Parking
Both hotels offer self-parking parking options. The secured, covered lots include in/out privileges and are connected to the hotels.

Child care
The Hilton Milwaukee City Center recommends using www.sittercity.com, a Web site that provides you with experienced babysitters (along with profiles, background checks, references, and reviews) in the area. Most sitters will come to the hotel to watch children onsite.
